5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Win788 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bots or automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to neutralise risk, and any other manipulation of bonus terms. If Win788 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All Win788 bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonuses and associated winnings not used within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Check the specific terms of each promotion for the applicable expiry window.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Win788 — including PSL cricket, esports and other markets — are governed by these general Terms and the specific rules of each sport. In case of conflict, sport-specific rules prevail.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Win788 is not responsible for errors resulting from obvious pricing mistakes — such bets may be voided.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless the Cash Out feature is used where available.
• Win788 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market and to refuse bets from any player without providing a reason.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or significantly altered, Win788 will apply the relevant sport-specific settlement rules. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be settled on the official result at the time of completion or voided if no official result is possible.
